Architecture
I define the system's boundaries and the contracts between its parts. Every decision is written down with what it gained and what it gave up.
Build
Incremental deliveries you can review every week. Strict typing and automated gates, so errors surface on my machine and not in your operation.
Handover
Documentation, automated deployment, and transfer. If your team cannot continue without me, the work is not finished.
